Jazura New Cairo is a landmark mixed-use residential development in the Al Andalus area of the Fifth Settlement, East Cairo. Spread over approximately 17 acres (≈ 7 hectares), only about 25% of the site is devoted to buildings, while the remaining ~75% features expansive green spaces, water features and leisure areas — creating a serene, low-density environment for residents.
